Can you give me a delivery time slot?
This will depend on whether your order is being delivered by courier or by ourselves - you can find out more about the differences between these two services on this page.
When we are delivering using our own driver and transport, we will contact you one or two days beforehand with an approximate time-slot, based on the route we have planned.
This will be subject to traffic and other circumstances but if there are any major changes we will inform you as soon as possible - we can also track our delivery van in real time, so if you would like an update you can contact us by phone.
If your order is being delivered by a courier we are unfortunately unable to give a time, however a tracking link will be provided to you by the courier to let you know the how delivery is progressing.
After 1pm, we can ask the courier’s head office to contact the delivery driver on our behalf for more information. The courier will usually deliver between 8am-8pm.
NB: The majority of courier deliveries will require a signature, so it is useful to have someone at the delivery address if possible
