How do I request the Stainguard treatment for my new carpet?

On the product page, you will see a ‘Stain Guard’ button underneath the image - simply click this to add it to your order. You will also be prompted when you click ‘add to basket’.

If you have already place your order and wish to request Stainguard treatment, again just in touch via phone or e-mail and we will arrange it for you.

We currently offer the Stainguard treatment on our website for any product listed under remnants or rolls (except Westex and other products which are pre-treated) however if you have ordered from our carpet section and believe it will be of particular benefit to you, please get in touch via phone or e-mail and let us know.
