How to remove chocolate out of carpet

If the chocolate has dried, scrape off as much as possible with a flat knife, like a pallet knife - you can then use a similar method to removing wax. Alternatively, run a little cold water directly over the carpet stain - using dishwashing detergent and a clean light-coloured cloth, gently rub the stain in a circular motion. Then let it sit for a few minutes. Rinse the area with cold water again and the chocolate stain should disappear.
